Terms and Return Policy

Naturally, we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase from The Fingerstall Company. However, there may be occasions when you need to return goods to us.

If you change your mind about your purchase or have not received the goods, please notify us by email to sales@fingerstalls.com or in writing as soon as possible but within 7 days at the latest. Goods must not be returned to us without prior clearance. Please note that we will only take responsibility for non-delivery of orders dispatched by 'Royal Mail First Class Signed For' shipping.

When clearence has been given, return the unused goods together with the original receipt within a further 7 days and we will offer you an exchange or refund. Please note that our products are supplied for medical and personal use. Therefore once the individual pack seal has been broken, the contents are deemed to have been used and under no circumstances be returned for credit or exchange.

If you change your mind and wish us to exchange items because of colour or size. You must enclose your original bill together with a payment of £3.00 to cover the cost of processing, postage and packing (UK customers only). Again, goods can only be accepted provided the pack is unopened.

We cannot exchange or make refund to non-UK customers or goods sent to non-UK addresses.

If you're returning items to us, please ensure that they are sufficiently packaged and cushioned to protect against any reasonable damage on the way back to us as we can't be liable for any damage in transit. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund or replacement where the goods are faulty or mis-described.
